One of the main branches of our activity is the development of renewable energy installations in the Develop – Sell – Build formula.
Our strategy is based on three key pillars:
Intensive project turnover: We dynamically manage the project portfolio, which allows us to quickly introduce new initiatives and adapt to changing market conditions.
Fast realization of the development margin: Thanks to experience and effective management methods, we effectively carry out projects from the conceptual phase to finalization, which allows for a quick return on investment.
Acquiring implementation contracts for sold projects: We strive to acquire implementation contracts for projects that we sell. This generates additional revenues and ensures high quality of implementation, strengthening our position on the market.
Thanks to this strategy, we dynamically develop our business, providing high-quality renewable energy solutions and contributing to sustainable development.

ONDE Portfolio Ready to Buy
Our portfolio of RES projects includes projects with a total capacity of 1249 MW (as of 05.2025). The power plants are at various stages of advancement – from the greenfield phase, through projects with issued connection conditions and investments ready for construction, to installations already underway. Our goal is to expand the portfolio to at least 2 GW by the end of 2025.

PV Cyranka
PV Cyranka was Onde’s first own implementation. It is a project with a total capacity of 18 MW, consisting of two photovoltaic farms Giżycko 1 and Giżycko 2. The power plant was put into operation in 2023.
The installation was purchased by ENGIE Zielona Energia, which is part of the global ENGIE concern. Onde’s O&M department is responsible for the operation of the project.
PV Jelenia Góra
PV Jelenia Góra is a project with a capacity of 6.7 MWp. It supplies over 7,400 MWh/year, which corresponds to the demand of almost 3,000 households.
PV Lewałd Wielki
PV Lewałd Wielki is our largest own photovoltaic project with a total capacity of 32 MWp.
The project initially assumed an installation at the level of 25 MWp, but thanks to a series of optimizations by our development team, it increased its capacity by almost 30%!
The construction completed in second quarter 2025.
