ONDE 2025: Business Scaling and the Strategic 2 GW Goal Achieved
2025 was a year for us to strengthen our leadership position in a challenging market environment. We successfully scaled our operations, achieving PLN 864.1 million in revenue (7.5% year-on-year growth) and solid operating profitability with an EBITDA of PLN 53.2 million and a net profit of PLN 18.9 million.
✅ Dynamic order backlog – we ended the year with a record backlog of PLN 689 million (36% year-on-year growth), providing us with a strong base for growth in the coming years.
✅ Strategic 2 GW goal achieved – thanks to intensive development work, our portfolio of proprietary projects exceeded the 2,000 MW (2 GW) barrier at the turn of the year. Grid connection conditions have already been issued for 387 MW of these projects.
✅ Expansion and innovation – we are not only strengthening our position in Poland but also successfully securing contracts in foreign markets (Lithuania, Germany). We are becoming a pioneer in the energy storage segment, signing our first contracts in this key transformational area.
We are consistently implementing a business model based on effective margin management and the highest ESG standards. We thank the ONDE team and our partners – together we are defining a new energy reality!
Employees
Last year, we introduced two more key internal regulations – the Code of Ethics and the Human Rights Policy. These documents do not bring revolutionary changes but rather summarize how we operate daily. We have our own organizational culture and put it into practice, but we are also striving for greater professionalism in this area.

Occupational Health and Safety
Employee safety is the highest priority at ONDE Group. The Group’s ambition is to provide a safe working environment for all employees. We do not accept makeshift solutions or even minor non-compliance with our safety rules. We focus on procedures and believe that strict adherence to them is the only way to achieve a high level of safety in daily operations. We provide the appropriate protective equipment and remind employees of the necessity to use it, while the relevant safety regulations are known to all staff.
We always verify the validity of qualifications for those working on our construction sites.

Suppliers
As a company committed to adhering to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, we remind and require our suppliers and subcontractors of the importance of these values. We know that most are aware of the impact their actions have on the world around us, which is why we encourage our partners to take actions that will benefit people, the environment, and society as a whole.
Adhering to ESG principles not only has a positive impact on our planet but also brings benefits. Companies that follow these values are seen as responsible and trustworthy, which translates into customer and investor confidence. Our strong position and reputation in the renewable energy and road-engineering sectors in Poland obligate us to execute contracts to the highest standards. We do not accept compromises – including in the raw materials, materials, and other components we use. With a view to upholding the highest standards in value chain management, ONDE has implemented a Suppliers Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with, among others: the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the UN Global Compact Principles.
CSR
Environmental actions often stem from the internal conviction and needs of ONDE employees. This was the case with last year’s cleanup of the banks of the Vistula River in Toruń. This grassroots initiative, proposed by one of our colleagues, was enthusiastically received and quickly brought to life. Over 40 people, along with their families, gathered on a day off and collected more than 2 tons of trash, which was subsequently disposed of by the municipal waste management in Toruń. Such actions not only bring tangible results but also foster team bonding, which is why we plan to continue the initiative next year.
Climate
ONDE Group, as a leader in the renewable energy sector in Poland, conducts its business in a responsible and sustainable manner. One of our priorities is environmental care. For this reason, since 2019 – initially together with the ERBUD Group, of which we are a part, and more recently independently – we have been dedicating our efforts to reducing the negative impacts of climate change. We address the reduction of climate impact both at the level of our core business (renewable energy) and through our broader operational activities.

The ONDE Group’s Reports on operations for 2024 and 2025 were prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Notably, the ONDE Group decided to report in accordance with the CSRD despite the entry into force of the “Omnibus” deregulation package, unequivocally confirming the Group’s commitment to socially and environmentally responsible business practices. This report has been fully audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Polska Sp. z o.o. S.k.
