70 percent increase in ONDE EBIT in the third quarter of 2025

PLN 19.4 million of the profit on operations (+70% y-o-y), PLN 13 million of net profit (+145% y-o-y), income of PLN 268 million (+18% y-o-y), and an increase in operation profitability to 7.2% in the third quarter of 2025. ONDE uses its large portfolio of orders and significant activity in the PV segment. The Company Management Board expects that in the future, the increase will also be driven by the expansion to the foreign markets.

From January to September 2025, the ONDE Group, specialising in RES construction and developments, achieved revenues of PLN 641.2 million, versus PLN 582.4 million in the similar period of 2024 (+10.1% y-o-y). At the same time, the Group improved the profitability of gross sales, achieving PLN 75.7 million, i.e. 31.5 percent more than in 9 months of 2024. The profit on operations (PLN 31.8 million) was lower by 6.8 percent y-o-y, but it should be remembered that the result of the last year was significantly improved by developer transactions, which brought PLN 19 million to the Group, versus ca. PLN 5 million in the current year. In the reported period, the net profit of the Group was at the level of PLN 18 million, versus PLN 21.2 million in the compared period.

The third quarter of 2025 itself was significantly better than the same period of 2024. The ONDE Group increased its income by 18%, to PLN 268 million, the profit on operations by 70%, to PLN 19.4 million, and the net result by as much as 145%, to PLN 13 million. 

‘Although the market remains very demanding, with our reputation and experience, we acquire large contracts, on which we can achieve satisfactory margings’ says Paweł Przybylski, ONDE President. ‘At the end of September, our portfolio of orders had a value of PLN 411.3 million, but after the balance sheet date, we signed contracts for nearly PLN 310 million in the PV segment alone’ emphasises Paweł Przybylski.

This means four contracts signed in October with two investors, for construction of PV farms of the total power of 240 MW. The Management Board estimates that the fourth quarter of 2025 will also be successful, with the stable portfolio of contracts and high activity of investors in the PV segment. In 2026, the expansion abroad is to be a source of additional increase.

‘Despite the legislative obstacles, including the president’s veto to the 10H Distance Act, the Polish wind market gains in pace. We expect the increase in inquiries in this segment. We are already participating in tenders for projects developed under current regulations, i.e. at the distance of 700 metres from buildings. We also note a significant investors’ activity in the PV segment, and interesting contracts for construction of energy storage facilities are also appearing in the market, where we can successfully use our experience in construction of wind and photovoltaic farms’ comments Paweł Przybylski. ‘We also intensify our expansion abroad. Our German company is already performing first contracts in Germany.’ emphasises Paweł Przybylski.

The Groupalso works intensely on development of its RES developer portfolio. In the third quarter of 2025, it was expanded by as much as 360 MW in greenfield wind projects. This September, a company from the Group received a licence to sell energy from the first own photovoltaic farm, a 32 MW Lewałd Park. ONDE expects to achieve income on electricity sales from that plant at the level of ca. PLN 10 million a year. Currently, the Company has RES projects with connection conditions of a total capacity of ca. 360 MW in its developer portfolio of nearly 1.8 GW.
