ONDE with another large contract and a record contractor portfolio

Contracts with Sunly for construction of two photovoltaic farms together with construction of connections for future energy storage, just signed by ONDE, are worth over PLN 145 million net.  This way, the portfolio of projects executed and being under construction by ONDE has just exceeded 5 GW, and this represents an important milestone in the Company development.

ONDE – one of the leaders in construction and development in the RES sector in Poland – has recently acquired another large contract for construction of photovoltaic farms. Not so long ago, the Company informed about a contract of about PLN 165 million for construction of two plants of 120 MW.

Now, the Company has signed a contract covering general contractor services, earthworks, systems and access roads for two photovoltaic farms of the total power of 120 MWp. The supply of modules rests with the investor, i.e. the Company Sunly, an independent RES energy producer operating in Poland and the Baltic states. The power plants will be constructed in Małopolskie and Świętokrzyskie voivodeships. The total value of signed contracts is PLN 145.7 million net, and the works are to be completed in February and April 2027.

‘Recent weeks have been very successful to us in terms of acquiring new contracts. We have won two new customers and expanded our portfolio of orders by over PLN 300 million, which is an excellent forecast for the rest of this year and for 2026’ says Paweł Przybylski, ONDE President. ‘Contracts for Sunly crossed the symbolic threshold of 5 GW in our contractor portfolio, and this confirms our development strategy and our strong position in the market, whichremains demanding, but with our renown, excellent references, and experience, we can effectively compete in it’ he adds.

The Company’s portfolio of external orders is constantly expanding. In the first quarter, the ONDE’s income amounted to PLN 372,8 million with EBITDA of PLN 19.4 million. The results for the third quarter will be published on 6 November 2025.
