4 stages of subcontractor verification
- OFFERING: we provide health and safety conditions and prepare an analysis of the work, along with its schedule.
- NEGOTIATIONS AND CONTRACT: we talk about employee qualifications, technology, social facilities, etc.
- PREPARATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION: we develop a health and safety environment plan, prepare IBWIR and ORZ, verify medical examinations and qualifications, and conduct information training.
- IMPLEMENTATION: we update documentation on an ongoing basis, respond to accident reports, organize coordination meetings, etc.
